About Us

Triumphant Faith Center was founded by Pastors Jerry & Darlene Burlie. They began holding services in a store front in south Wichita on December 2, 1979.

Pastor Burlie's vision for the church comes from scripture in Acts 26:17 & 18: To raise up a standard of God's Word and do battle against the forces of darkness in Wichita. To turn the people from darkness to light and from the power of satan to God that they might receive forgiveness of sins and walk in their full inheritance.

As stated in I Corinthians 12:7-11 there are different gifts given to men by the Holy Spirit. Verse nine lists "gifts of healing" as one of the Holy Spirit's manifestations. Mrs. Burlie has a special anointing to pray for people with arthritis. Many people have been completely healed of arthritis and its symptoms after having hands laid on them.
